HOWEVER.. I have been seeing an alternative health clinic because they tested me for candida with an electric sensor thing and it came back 60%growth candida.. I believed them until I went to my DR cause I felt so down and he says I have anxiety and this explains the symptoms..
Howver. the clinic says that DRs are wrong and I am the classic candida case and to follow their diet and meds..? I am so sick of feeling this way :O(
Just wen I agreed to forget candida and focus on being less anxious I had a pizza last night and woke up with an upset tummy this morning..
Who do we believe? Feel so in the middle x
